If the keyword which is present in the title tag is also present in the heading tag, the important is given to your website compare to other website which has ranked for the same keyword.Search engine can’t read your images so you must use alt tag to describe your images.You can use your main keywords as the image description in the alt tag. This will give more density to your main keywords.
